Stay Focused!

Hope you all are doing great. Sorry guys for not posting anything for the past 10 days. I am still busy with my upcoming new product launch. I think I am done with the ebook and now I am working with its sales letter. OK, more about that in my upcoming post. Today, I am writing this short post to share an experience that I have came across recently.
If you have been watching me closely, I love to take part in JV giveaways to build my list. So, this time I thought of giving away something really very valuable to all of my opt-in subscribers. So, I spent some time in researching and writing my brand new ebook to give away to my future leads. I planned to complete the ebook within 2 days time and I might spend another 1 or 2days for graphics and the final 2 days to write the sales letter and setting it up for my new subscribers. But, something else happened today until I lost my focus in completing my new ebook. While I was writing it, I was in online and my friends those who are in Skype could see me whether I am around or not. To my surprise, I received an instant message from one of the person in my contact list and this is the very first time she contacted me. I thought it was my former school mate but she was totally a stranger to me. I talked to her and our conversation turned out very well until she add me as a friend in the Facebook 
I am really happy to have a new friend because I love to have friends around the globe
But, due to this kind of distractions I have lost my focus in completing my new ebook. Yes, you have read that right. If I had sat in one place and keep working on with my new ebook, by tonight I would have complete it. I might take another 1 or 2 day to set up the relevant graphics and the squeeze page for my new ebook.
Now, I have lost one whole day in preparing my new ebook. Please don’t think I am doing everything in a rush. I know if you do it slowly, you can achieve or complete your work with more concentration and also wih a peace of mind.
So, the moral of the story is whenever you are doing something important that you need to complete on time, you must stay focused on it. No matter what, just work on it until you complete it. Some of you thought of writing an article, but you would have noticed that you have spent more than 3 hours in writing it. Well, think again. Do you really spent time in writing or wandering around the Internet for some other reasons? Don’t let any distractions drag you from your work. However, friends and family are important. Without them ,we won’t be where we are now. So, we also must spent quality time with them. I’m sure some of you gone through this before. But, this do happens and what we can do about it?
Well, as an Internet Marketer we can handle these kind of distractions easily. What we need to do is allocate our time wisely for our work and personal stuffs. Your personal stuff could be anything. You may be surfing the Internet for the latest gossips about your favorite film stars or you may be wasting more time in reading all your emails and etc..etc.. Stop doing this nonsense! If you keep on doing like this, you will never ever complete your project on time.I am not stopping you from reading your emails. But, allocate yourself on what time you should check out all your emails.
Train yourself to complete an article within an hour’s time. Do follow this method for an entire week. You yourself will be amazed with the results. This is how you have to self-discipline yourself. You no need any teacher to come after you with a cane to discipline you. All you need is your mind-control and stay focused on with what you are doing right now. Sorry if this sounds so rude to you. I don’t found any other polite way to explain to you about this. Well, I hope my experience could have taught you something valuable today that ‘ is value your time and finish up your work on time’. That’s how a smart Marketer would prefer to work. Tell me, are you going to work for 10-15 hours per day or only 5 hours per day? The decision is in your hands now. OK guys,that’s all for now.

Quick Update!
Hello everyone,
This is Nithiyaah here with an important update. I have moved my blog from my sub-directory to the root folder. In other words, I have moved my blog to the main site. So from now onwards, my blog officially will be in http://nithiyaah.com. Some of you might wonder why I have moved my blog from sub-directory to the main site. When I was starting out, I thought of having my online store in my root directory. So,I have installed my wordpress blog in one of the sub-directory. But, after sometime I totally fall in love with blogging. Yes, this is the same blog where it gives me a first page ranking in google for my review on projectminisite.com and this same blog is the reason for me to get second page ranking in google for Why I’m not into Video Blogging. I truly understand that what a blog can do for my business and myself. Now, I’m proud to say I’m a blogger. I’ll be setting up my online store in any other domain name or sub-directory of mine. I haven’t decide about it yet. I hope you guys will welcome this new movement with warm hearts and due to some technical glitches,some of the links seems to be broken and I promise you in another one or two weeks time everything will be normal. Still Undecided?
Hello everyone,
This is Nithiyaah here and came up with a new post something which caught my attention today. Today, my friend called me and she was too upset because most of her works are in pending and she couldn’t find any time for herself and her family.
I told her not to be tensed up and I discussed about what she did so far to complete her pending works. When she shared with me, I understood that she was not focused in any project and she was keeping on taking new projects because she found that her first project was taking lot of time rather than the new one. The same thing happens when she stepped into her next project. I told her ‘just stop whatever you are doing right now! and try to focus with one project and complete it first’. She came over to my place and we sat together and started brainstorming on how to complete her projects on time. It was a great time. I was surprised looking at her ideas and how much she has gone through for it.
She has already completed the first part. She has written down a detailed step-by-step plans for her projects but she suddenly has stopped working on them in the midway itself. This is the same situation that happened in her other projects. I know where the problem was. I asked her ‘why are you concentrating on all your projects at the same time?’ She said that she needs to complete them on time. I shared few of my ways to solve her problems. Long story to short, she was clear in her mission and the good thing was after she reached home, she has already completed one of her project. I was very happy for her and told her to keep herself in the track.
Some of you might wonder what I would do in this same situation. Have you faced any situations like this before? Well, the first thing I’ll do is I’ll write down my ideas and plans in my idea book. Yes, you read it right! I have my own idea book where I’ll jot down all my business ideas whenever I come up with a new idea. Sometimes I came up with 20-50 ideas per day and it varies on the situation. If I am planning to start a new project, I’ll take some pieces of paper and start developing the idea into a detailed step-by-step blueprint.
This is where I’ll write down everything in detail on what I’ve to do in order to accomplish my new project. For an instance, if you are planning to launch your membership site, you need to decide on several factors like shown below:
- What niche your membership site all about
- What type of membership site you are going to have (free or paid or fixed term membership)
- What script you are planning to use (amember/wishlist/easymember pro)
- How will you find the contents for your membership site
- How you are going to promote your site to your upcoming new members and etc.
Whatever I’ve mentioned above, is just one of the example where you can use it for your new project. Then, the very next thing I’ll do is to set up a time limit for each of my task. For instance, I’ll allocate 1-2days to find the right domain name for my upcoming new membership site. However, this varies according to the individual. That’s how, I’ll do the things that I need to do. But, certain things I’ll just outsource it to others like copywriting and graphic designing for my upcoming new membership site. This will help me to finish my project on time. So, this is something how I will be working out but this is not the exact one how I’ll do it. I’m just sharing the basic idea on how you can do the same thing and avoid tons of mistakes from the very beginning itself. Remember, doing the right things from the beginning itself is the key to success.
I hope this would give some idea on how to handle things when you are undecided on what to do next in your projects or your online business. If you haven’t started making any money from whatever you are doing right now, then stop doing it and look back on whatever you did this far. Figure out what went wrong or try to talk to someone who is also a like-minded person like you and get his/her opinion regarding your situation. This will help you to come across lot of things much more easier than you imagine.

Today I’m very happy because two wonderful occasions have come together. First of all, it is Lunar New Year and this is Tiger Year. We are the family of Nithiyaah.com wish you and your family a very happy and prosperous New Year. On the other hand,it is also Valentine Day! We wish you Happy Valentine’s Day! May you all have a great day ahead! Im gonna have a great day with my family! When I’m writing this post, I enjoyed watching my Chinese neighbours all playing fireworks.
