I am writing this post to inform all of you that starting from 1st Jan 2011, I’m following a new comment policy in this blog. I’m introducing this new comment policy because I’m seeing nearly everyday people are leaving comments here which is irrelevant and sometime they’re stuffed with keywords. So, here it is. Please follow this comment policy whenever you’re leaving a comment in this blog. Whoever failed to comply with this comment policy, will be seeing their comments will be never published and if there is necessity arise we won’t mind of banning you permanently from leaving any comment in our blogs. So, please follow the new policy and have fun

Our New Comment Policy

Comment Name – From today onwards, I’m not allowing Keywords stuffed in the name field. You must use your name or nick name for commenting. Comments using keywords such as “Outsourcing” or similar will be flagged as SPAM and deleted.

Valid Email – Please use a valid email to post any comments in this blog. Email addresses are required for commenting, and they are not published on the blog, nor shared. Email addresses that look like SPAM will be flagged as SPAM.

Language and Manners – This blog is written in English, so leave your comments in English. Moreover, this is a “family friendly site” therefore any comment that includes offensive or inappropriate language, and/or considered rude will be edited or deleted. So, please use appropriate language toleave your comments.

No to Adult Links & Promotions – I’m mentioning this here because I’m seeing people love to leave links to Adult Sites in their signatures. So, I won’t allow any signatures or words containing adult or anything that is immoral and illegal in your comments. So, please watch out with your comment.

Add Value – Please add a comment which adds real value to the discussion. All SPAM comments will be deleted because they do not add value to the site.

Limit Links – I love resources as they can be really helpful sometimes, but in order to prevent SPAM and assure quality, I must limit links on the comments. Do not add more than two links in the comment. If you do so, your comment will be added for further review.

No Personal Attack Comments Permitted – In the interest of fair play, no personal attacks are permitted in this blog’s comments. You may question or argue the content, but not attack the blogger, nor any other commenters. Failure to respect fellow participants on this blog could result in removal and blocked access.

All Rights Reserved – I reserves the right to edit, delete, move, or mark as spam any and all comments. I also have the right to block access to any one or group from commenting or from the entire blog.
