Today, I would like to explain about driving traffic via article marketing. If you’re not using article to drive traffic to your site, then you’re leaving more room for your competitors. Article marketing is a fast way to make more money in online and the more articles you publish the more backlinks for your site. The more backlinks you have for your site search engines like to index your site as the authority site in your niche. So, article marketing not only gives you free traffic but it also leaves a good impression on your site/blog.
So, what is article marketing is all about?
Article marketing is all about using articles that are related to your niche to promote your business or affiliate offers. Article marketing is bit easy compared with other marketing methods. All you need to do is how to pick a keyword, write a compelling headline along the keyword and come up with relevant content that describes your title. Remember your article should not be shorter than 350 words. But to play save, I suggest you to come up with minimum 400-500 word per article.
Another important element you should take into account in creating your articles you must know how to utilize the author’s resource box. This is crucial because this is where you are going to explain about yourself or your business in 3-5 lines only. Hi and thanks for checking out my blog. As I told you in my earlier post, I’ll be updating my blog with more quality information and important news only. OK, in today’s post I would like to touch little bit of forum marketing.
If you have been browsing the Internet on how to drive traffic to your site then I’m pretty sure you would have come across the word ‘forum marketing’ and today I’m going to explain how to use the forum marketing or more accurate to say that how to use forum posting to boost your site’s traffic.
If you’re not familiar with what is a forum, then just google up the word and you’ll be returned with many words. In simple term, forum is a place where like minded people joined together and share each of their views, opinions and ideas on their interested topics. If you’re interested in the Internet Marketing niche then you definitely need to take a look at the Warrior Forum where nearly most of the successful Internet Marketers have been member there in their early days.
In my opinion, it is still the best Internet Marketing related forum. If can, please have a look at it. Most of the forums are free to join but there are also some forums requires you to pay for the access. However, the method i’m sharing here is can be used in free or paid forum. If you haven’t signed up with any forum in your life, then try to check out warrior forum. At the time of writing the forum is still free to use.
Once you are signed up with the forum, the very next thing you need to do is setting up your profile. If possible, please use a real name and NEVER EVER try to spam the forum. In the profile, you’ll see a link that shows that signature link. This is where you’re going to have your website or any other special offer link with a catchy and relevant words to pull more traffic from the forum to your site.
For instance, you can have a look at my signature in the warrior forum. Just searched for my posts in forum and you’ll see my signature link. Remember, certain forums like Digital Point Forum won’t allow you have your signature link until your membership access is older than 7 days and must have more than 10 posts that you’ve so far contributed to the forum’s discussion. So, always read the terms and conditions before you start using any forum.
The next step you need to do is browse around the forum and take part in the current discussion. Only comment if you really knowledgeable or also want to find a solution for the problem that have been associated with the forum’s theread. Don’t just simply go in and wrote something that is completely irrelevant. This will lead the forum moderator to delete your comment and in certain cases the moderator won’t mind of terminating your access to the forum. So,play it nicely.
In your comments, don’t try to use any kind of foul language and also don’t ever write a comment that personally attacks a person. This is also prohibited in most of the forums. In a nutshell, please read all the terms and conditions of the forum before you attempt to comment on anything.

Free and Effective Way To Increase Your Blog Traffic
If you’re a blogger like me then I’m pretty sure by now you would have realised how important is traffic to your site. When I was starting out, I really had a tough time but I never give up and this is the reason my blog start generating a consistent traffic to my blog. So, what’s the real secret?
Some of my friends even have asked me whether am I paying to any third party to drive traffic to my site. Well, the simple answer is ‘no’. I’m just using some simple methods which is also quite old and free to generate the traffic I want for my blog. Why am I saying it’s old and free?
The truth is many of you might heard about this but never give a try about it or may be give up too early on it. It really doesn’t matter if your blog is a personal blog that you do just for fun or if you’re a serious online marketer who uses their blog to make money, everyone wants to know how to increase their blog traffic. That seems to be the universal question.
The first step is that just by using a blog format for your website you’ve already done a lot to get more targeted traffic to your blog. The search engines like Google, Yahoo and MSN love fresh content and since blogs are updated far more frequently than a static site would be, the search engines view that as a content driven site and will rank it higher.
There are many other things you can do, for free, to increase the amount of traffic you get to your blog. And remember, it’s not just about any traffic, it’s about getting quality traffic, traffic that consists of people who are actually interested in the topic of your blog.
Here are a few of the simplest and most effective free things you can do to keep the flow of quality traffic to your blog going strong:
1. Post often. The more often you post, the more often your blog will get crawled by the search engines and you will be rewarded with a higher page rank and more free traffic. One word of warning though, as with vitamins, don’t fall into thinking that if one is good 15 must be better. If you post too many times in a day, the search engines will think that your not building your site in a ‘natural’ way and they will penalize you for it.
A very effective rule of thumb is to post one post every single day for 21 days, I don’t know why, but that 21 seems to be the magic number. After the first 21 days you can slow down to several posts a week if you want, or you can continue with one a day, it’s up to you. At first, I myself didn’t stick to this rule, yet I still manage to bring the traffic I want just by posting once a week. However, it’s up to you whether you want to post once or twice a week. But for better results, try to post it atleast a week which will make your visitors to come back to our site/blog.
2. Write articles that will direct people to visit your blog. You can use the free Google keyword tool to target the types of keyword phrases people are using to find your blog, than write quality articles around that keyword, then you can submit your article for free to article directories such as EzineArticles.com.
3. Learn a little about Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and start using those techniques on your blog. This will make your site stand out to the search engines. Don’t worry about knowing everything there is to know about SEO, just a few basic concepts can make a huge difference.
4. Visit other blogs and leave a comment with a link back to your blog. This will not only show people that you are an expert in your field, but they will also be interested in checking out your blog and more about what you have to say, assuming of course that you leave insightful, interesting comments. I really need to admit this that this is one of the powerful method that I personally have used to generate the targeted traffic I really want.
5. Invite a Guest Blogger. Seriously, this is an awesome method to increase your blog traffic. You can invite another famous blogger in your niche to post in your blog. This also will help you to pull out the guest blogger’s readers and followers to check out your blog. But at the same time, tell your guest Blogger to come up with a fresh post that never been posted in his blog or any other site. This is another way to add fresh content to your blog.
These methods are the easiest methods that will help you to increase blog traffic, that you will find. Don’t waste a ton of money on expensive pay per click campaigns when you can have even better results just by investing a little time. Yes, just by investing little time you really can increase your blog traffic.

Sorry for not updating my blog as how I used to do last time. Since the year of 2011, I’ve involved in other online projects. Don’t worry, I’ll be updating about it in my upcoming posts. I’m writing this quick post in relation with our blog’s new comment policy. I’ve been seeing people still love to leave some irrelevant comments and still using keywords as their valid name.
This shows that some people don’t even bother to read the comment policy or they are just stupid. Sorry to say this. This may sound rude but in reality this is true. Bloggers like me allowing comments because it helps and expands the discussion of the post we’ve published. But at the same time, it is also a source to drive traffic to your website or blog if you’ve any.
Some people I guess newbies don’t even understand this fantastic free way to drive traffic to their site. That’s why, I’m writing this quick post to let you know what and what you really shouldn’t do while you’re commenting in any blog.
First, leave a comment that is totally relevant to the post. If you’re going to leave a comment like ‘hey,this is a great post! Yours is the best post ever I’ve read!’, then definitely your comment will get deleted. So, you’re not only wasting your time but you’re also wasting your chance of getting traffic to your website.
Moreover, make your comment that is something can contribute to the blog post. This is another great way to get the blogger’s attention and the rest of the blog readers to check out your site too. Again, you’re generating free traffic to your site.
Next, when you’re leaving a comment make sure you’re using a real name. This is another way to gain trust from the blog owner as well as with the rest of readers. If you’re trying to use the keywords as your name then definitely your comment will get deleted by the blog owner or it may even eaten up by the Akismet. For instance, nearly everyday Akismet is protecting my blog from 100′s spam comments.

Then, go to any website that is using CommentLuv plugin (make sure its in the same niche of yours) then leave a thoughtful comment in that blog. While you’re leaving your comment, you can see the links that have been generating from your site. Choose one of the given choices so that it will attract other commentars as well as the blog owner will have a look at your site.
